Commercial removal

Hi new to the program trying out the trial version, i cannot find a option to remove commercials.
Does it only appear if your stream can be edited this way.

Hi,

the TS-Doctor shows a dialog if it's possible to detect commercials during analysis of the stream. It supports internal AC3 mode change detection (H264 and MPEG2) or external ComSkip (MPEG2 only) detection.

For ComSkip detection you have to install ComSkip from Erik Kaashoek. You can use the TS-Doctor to install the freeware tool. Select in the menu Settings/Preferences/Supported Tools/ComSkip and press the button "Download ComSkip".

After installation you will get for every MPEG2 file a dialog to use ComSkip for scanning the file for commercials and prepare a cutting list.
