Commercials detection active although feature unchecked

Nothing, everything is OK. You disabled the automatic commercial detection but you did a manual cut. If the cut is in the middle of the recording, TS-Doctor assumes that you removed commercials.

OK, so the "commercial deleted" column include explicit manual cuts?
