Titel: TSDoctor3218_Eng suddenly starts up extremely slowly
Beitrag von: Ik Zelf am Dezember 08, 2021, 21:56:01
Hi there

TSDoctor3218_Eng has always been working just fine on my computer.
But since today it suddenly starts up extremely slowly.
It takes about 1 minute to load !
No error messages though.
Once it is loaded I can use it, but this is absolutely not normal behavior.
What can I do to solve this please?
Thanks on beforehand.

TS-Doctor opens the last used folder. If there are a lot of files or the folder is on a slow network drive, it can take time to scan all files in that folder. Try to open a file in a different folder with less files.

It is a folder with only 5 ts files in it.
The folder is in the root of my SSD-data hard disk
Nothing else on my computer shows any slowlyness.

Create a application report under Help/Application report and send it via email to support(at)cypheros.de for problem analysis.

Thank you I will do that during the week-end.
I have to mention also that it happend since I updated my computer to Windows 10 21H2.
Maybe that has to do with it ?

It depends on your hardware and the installed software. Sometimes drivers gets broken or components are no longer supported. So every Windows update has it's thrills.

TS-Doctor has a "Disk Tool" under "Tools" which you can use to test the general speed of your hard disks/SSDs.
Try to access the folder in question with the Windows file explorer. Can you access and open the files in the folder?
