I have been using TS-doctor heavily for about 3 weeks. Yesterday it worked fine. Today, when ts-doctor creates a file, the new video file is badly pixilated throughout the file. I have tried uninstalling the software and re-installing the software, but the problem is still there. I suspect something has gotten corrupted, but I don't know what -- everything else on my system is still working OK.
The program still analyzes files OK, but it cannot create a clean new file.
Both 2.0.79 and 2.0.81 have this problem.
I was planning to buy the software because it seems very useful, but this "corruption" is a deal-breaker.
Any thoughts?
Clean install:
- Uninstall TS-Doctor
- Delete folder "C:\ProgramData\Cypheros\TsDoctor2"
- Delete folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypheros\TSDoctor2"
- Use RegEdit to delete key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cypheros\TsDoctor2"
- Use RegEdit to delete key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Cypheros\TSDoctor2"
- Install TS-Doctor
After that, the problems should be gone.
Cypheros
Thank you very much. The complete install fixed the problem. I hope to become a satisfied NEW user in the very near future.
Me, too ;)
