I have a trouble during the installation of program

Programs like CCCleaner removing such msi files, but they have the install und uninstall script embedded.
You can try to do a repair installation. For that you need exact the version you want to remove. Here you can find older version: Older TS-Doctor versions (http://www.cypheros.de/tsdoctor_alte_versionen_e.html)
Just install again and select "Repair Installation".
Or you can use the Microsoft tool FixIt (http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/) to clean the Windows installation database.
