Yes. Change language at Einstellungen/Optionen/Sprache from deutsch to english.

@Cypheros: I think it would be a good idea to add an option to the installer which makes people able to choose between their desired application language out of those which are officially applied to TS Doctor already. (Either its there already and I didnt see it or it might be a good idea to add that choice-feature anyway ;) )
