Today my edited recordings are being saved as M2TS instead of TS. I did convert a file yesterday in tsMuxer, but I can't see why that's affected subsequent files saved out of TSD or how to put it back to normal.

you can change the output format in the "save file" dialog to .ts or .m2ts . The only difference is the packet size of 188 Byte for .ts and 192 Bytes for .m2ts. TS-Doctor remembers the last used setting.
