I recently upgraded TS-Doctor to v 2.0.16 from version 1. I'm capturing DirecTV HD with a Hauppuage HD PVR 2 with HDPVRCapture v3.7 on an iMac. I'm editing the .ts video with TS-Doctor 2 on Windows 7 x64. The video is H.264 and audio AAC.
I understand that the cleanest cuts for H.264 can be made if the cutin and cutout points are at an I-frame. Otherwise, there could be some pixelation at the cuts. In some cases there are no black frames at the points I want to cut.
In the Prepare cutting window, there is a small button that indicates whether the current frame is an I-frame. I can manually advance or rewind the current frame until the button indicates it's an I-frame. Are there keystrokes that will automatically look forward and backwards and jump to the nearest I-frame? Also, keystrokes that will jump to nearest cutin or cutout frame?
