I have received the licence, sorry to Mr. Frank Siek

I wrote a mail on forum, titled "where is my licence?" , complaining about the delay of receiving tsdoctor's licence file.

I must say sorry to Mr. Frank Siek (cypheros) because he truly mailed the file to me within 24 hours. The truth is the server of my mail provider banned his mail to spam folder and I make a mistake.

Mr. Frank Siek sent me 3 times.

Now I receive his mail and find the licence file in spam folder. It works well.
