Problem Saving after finishing file edit

I was previously a TS-DOCTOR subscriber, but I didn't renew my subscription with version 4. Today, I decided to try version 4. I was surprised by something strange,The problem is that after I finish cutting and editing the file, when I want to save the file after editing, it doesn't let me choose a save Folder location, nor does it save the file after editing.
why to fix that?

Sorry to hear that you have proplems. Can you describe what happens after you close the cutting window?
Did you click on "Save new file" like in the previous version?
What exactly happens, if you click that button?

Thank you for reply ,After I finish editing the video, I click OK, and then take me to the main page, and I click Save New File. A window should appear to specify the location where I want to save the new file, but this window does not appear - and The progress screen appears, attach a screenshot, then hear  "done" and then  "the Result of the process screen appears.
The new file was not actually saved.
i have screen shoot  how can i upload them.

So I guess the problem is your license file. TS-Doctor stopps creating files, if the license file has been tampered with or was not authorized by us. If you think the license file is valid, please contact our support with purchase details.

If you have an older license, you can get a discount for the upgrade, depending how old it is.

Dear,
  Thank you,  i did not use my old subtraction file ,I tested with new pc as free subscription - i think it will be one week free , now i will not continue to updade because the application  has error and not work for me ( not able to save new file after editing ) - i can see it is not only for me i saw same complaint and this mean there is a bug with application need to fix.

Maybe I did not make it clear enough.

That is not a bug of TS-Doctor, it is an intentional behavior. You are using an invalid license file, probably created by a keygen and for that reason TS-Doctor will not work as expected.

All the others complaining about TS-Doctor not creating output files, didn't purchase an official license but using illegal sources, too.

  I would like to thank you for your response and clarification, but I do not use any cracked versions - I have send TSDoctorReport and you can make sure from the log that there is no crack license used - I downloaded ""free trial version""  from the official website and decided to try it before continuing with the purchase process, but I encountered a problem and therefore I will not continue with the purchase process. I informed you of the existence of a problem and you deny the problem, so this does not concern me , I hope you don't get upset from what I say. You can ignore what I say - or know that there is a problem and try to solve it. The choice is yours.

I hope you believe me, I haven't used the application for years, and I downloaded it from the official website to use it and try it out, and when I installed it, it didn't ask me for any keys.
