Hi,
Seems to be fairly random but at least 50% of the time opening files.
This gets logged in event viewer
The description for Event ID 213 from source C:\Program Files\Cypheros\TSDoctor4\TSDoctor.exe cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Open file error: "Q:\___TV\recordings\BattleBots\BattleBots.S06E24.The Final Four.ts"
EAccessViolation: Access violation at address 000000000130F662 in module 'TSDoctor.exe'. Read of address 0000000000000708[4.2.5]

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

Anything I can do on my end?
Thanks

Hi, is this happening with special files and reproducable? Do you work with with multiple instances of TS-Doctor at the same time?

doctorbunhead

Yes. I have a script that opens all my recordings for editing. It does it with a 5 second delay between each and a 30 second delay for every 5 files opened.

However I can reproduce it just by opening 1 file manually.

For now I have rolled back to 4.1.7 from my latest system backup and tweaked the registry so it works.

System is Ryzen 9 7950X3D - NV RTX3080 - 64GB RAM and all files on SSD. Win 10 x64 22H2. I just updated the NV drivers to see if that was the cause but same result. I'll try SFC and DISM repairs next to see if it picks anything up.

All checks come back fine.
In the meantime, do you have a link to the 4.1 version that included all the fixes from our previous conversation?
