Download blocked by Norton Web Safe/Norton Security

Today on 10.12.2024 a problem was detected with Norton Security products. A download via the link "https://www.cypheros.de/download.php?d=TSDoctor4Installer.exe" is not possible because our website is incorrectly classified as "Dangerous".
This is of course total nonsense and happens again and again, especially with security products from the Gen Digital Inc. group, which includes products from Symantec, Norton, Avira, Avast.



We have changed the download link on our website to "https://www.cypheros.de/tsd4download.php" to avoid the Norton Security problem.

Based on our experience to date, we cannot recommend security products from Avira, AVG, Avast, Norton and Symantec. For most users, the Microsoft Defender included in Windows is perfectly adequate and Microsoft has always responded quickly to false positives.

OK, 24 hours have passed but Norton has not yet contacted me or changed anything about the situation although an objection to this review is supposed to be resolved within 2 days. Well, they still have one day.
The new German download link is OK but if you try to download our software from outside Germany, for example with an American IP, you will still get a warning, even with the new link.
