TS-Doctor Vs 3.2.33

PROBLEM
The Recording Information is garbled on my new PC but it's OK on my old PC.
Both PC's share an external HDD connected by USB to my new PC and shared via my home network from my new to my old PC which displays the recording information perfectly. I only use one instance of TS-Doctor at a time to demonstrate this problem. I have been moving programs over to my new PC.
This garbled recording information first occurred after I uninstalled the trial version of TS-Doctor 4 on my new PC and then went back to my registered version 3.2

WHAT I'VE DONE
I have uninstalled TS-Doctor 3.2 and 4 (trial), downloaded and reinstalled my licensed copy of vs. 3.2
This did not solve the problem so...
...at my next attempt, I used "Geek Uninstaller" which also removes a few associated registry entries.
This time, I uninstalled the extra supported tools first (MKVtoolNix, Haali splitter etc.), then uninstalled TS-Doctor 3.2, deleted the left-over files in the Cypheros folder and restarted the new PC and installed my newly downloaded version of TS_Doctor 3.2 again.
This didn't work either.

Here is a sample of the garbled (new PC) recording information.

FreeSat on Astra 28,2°E?

Try to download and install FreeSat tables to decode FreeSat EPG under Settings/Preferences/Supported Tools/FreeSat.

George Derek

Thank you.

I followed your suggestion from within my Windows 11 standard (day-to-day) account and the recording information is now being displayed correctly.

I would like to add a note that I have both an administrator and a standard account on my Windows 11 PC and I use a USB Twin-tuner (Hauppauge) for UK Freeview.

Initially, I had done the whole re-installation of TS-Doctor 3.2, including the adding of the FreeSat tables from within that administrator account. Then logging into my everyday standard Windows account  I ran into the problems described.

In response to your suggestion today, I re-downloaded the FreeSat tables, this time from within my standard account and so far, that seems to have worked.

This odd behavior may be some quirk of my system, or perhaps it points to some Windows account subtlety.
