HowTo: Install TS-Doctor 4.1 under Mint 22 Linux

The 64bit version of TS-Doctor 4.1.5 now also works quite reliably under Linux. This requires a current Wine version of 6.0 or higher. The easiest way to install it is via Crossover or PlayOnLinux 4.4.3, but it also works directly and without tools.
