Written audio is unusable, it beeps, bounces, chirps

Hi,
I made a record with Dvbviewer. I found the cutting points with TS Doctor v 4.0.28, and saved the result. The audio of the saved file is unusable, it beeps, bounces, chirps.

A workaround: I split the original TS file with MKVToolNix GUI v64.00, using the TSDoctor cutting points, and everything is ok, including sound, excepting the not fully correct cutting points.

Please find:
a short sample of the original ts file. The short sample was made with mkvtoolnix,
a short sample of the TS Doctor saved file with the unsusable sound.The short sample was made with mkvtoolnix,
the TS Doctor log file,
the MKVtoolnix system information file.
