Try to change Default Mpeg Splitter from LAVSplitter to Haali Splitter.

I have Haali Splitter already installed. But I can not change to one. My choices are AUTOMATIC, Windows Default (Merit) and LAVSplitter

Sorry. My mistake. I can change to Haali Splitter but the result is similar.

Strange, with this settings I have not problems unter Ubuntu and MacOS.
